IRHP 200 - IR heating plate with integrated thermocouple, incl. control station RA4500D; heating area: 260 mm x 135 mm (10.2" x 5.3") |
|
The Ersa IRHP 200 is a compact and ergonomically designed heating plate to preheat all SMD components as well as assemblies and substrates during the hand soldering process. It can also be used to reflow solder onesided SMD boards and for reballing bGAs. The heating plate temperature can be adusted continuously from 50 °C to 600 °C. The IR emitters' even heat distribution ensures noncontact, gentle heating of the assembly. Thus the IRhP 200 is perfectly suited for leadfree
applications. The control station can be placed independently from the heating plate on the workbench in an ergonomically favourable way.
Characteristics:
• Non-contact preheating of assemblies during leadfree hand soldering
• Preheating of SMD components and assemblies
• Heating area: 260 mm x 135 mm (10.2" x 5.3")
• Reflow soldering of one-sided boards
• Hardening and drying of pastes, laquers, glues, etc.
• Continously adjustable heating plate
Application range:
• Preheating of SMD components and assemblies
• Hardening and drying of pastes, laquers, glues, etc.
• Reflow soldering of one-sided boards
• Preheating of BGA components to prevent popcorning
• Uniform BGA reflow for re-balling applications
